Ground was stiff but it gives up a few more

Well the ground at an open Park was definitely stiffer than the wooded Park yesterday. About 2-3"'s of frost made things a bit harder but managed a 1920 SLQ (only the "O" showing) and 2 Mercs. Also managed 6 wheats as well. Beautiful day yet in Wisconsin but the ground is saying give it up. Wisconsin Digger

Dude, I think you have pulled at least a dozen silvers since you said "Well, I guess my season is over!" There's still 2 weeks left in the year and I don't think the fat lady has sang yet! Best wishes and Merry Christmas, Dave.
 
Yep, and even more silver! Way to keep chopping at the frost. Harder work keeps you warmer and makes the finds all the sweeter.
