Hallmark Help Needed

Hey guys I found this on Sun and after cleaning noticed these hallmarks. Hoping someone can help ID them.

My guess is the spoon (?) was silver plated and even had fake hallmarks to make it look even more convincing. Real silver hallmarks would not have been allowed. That's just my guess though, I don't know that for sure.

Dave is correct ,pseudo hallmarks are a thing were very common on plated or "tinned" examples of utensils .

So far looks like one is a Fleur De Lily and another is a star.
