Homemade relic shovel

A friend at work welded a handle onto my hand trowel to make me this relic hunting shovel. All stainless steel...a little heavy so i might put some kind of sling on it to carry. Now if i can get some time off of work i can get out and try it :grin:

a very clevor idea Evan and looks mean too. be careful as you apply more force when using the foot press the thin area at the original handle may want to bend . some of the guys weld a rod into that handle to offset this.
