i lost my etrac book ...i need help!LOL

i cant figure how to open up the top right part of the screen where the dollars register.

i airtested some silvers with my etrac. a walker rings in at 11-46 , but a 1964 kennedy mostly nulled out, or registered in the 02 ferrous range. that cant be right can it?
any tips on settings will be greatly appreciated . HH all!!
