Kudos to MineLab!

Two weeks ago I was out hunting with my 305. After digging the located dime, I lifted the detector to continue only to see the coil still on the ground. Bummer. Both attachment ears broke on a lightly used, well cared for machine.

When I got home, I called MineLab service. First, their initial auto answering system is user friendly and not frustrating like may programs I've encountered. Second, I was quickly transferred to a rep with minimal hold time! Third, he listened, then resolved my issue in a matter of seconds - send the coil in for replacement. Fourth, a prepaid return label was in my e-mail before we were off the phone. One week later, the new coil was on my detector.

That is nothing but excellent service! In the past, MineLab has taken a lot of hits for inferior service. My experience, here, indicates that those issues have been addressed and resolved. Service was quick and friendly. I can't ask for more.
