Large find, Small Value, Loads of Fun

Went out today with my $24 garage sale Bounty Hounter and a Garrett Pro Pointer. I decided to check around a county campground that's closed for the winter. The first campsite I checked I got a rockin' hit that sounded like maybe a few dropped coins. I was in a 3x3' area for over an hour pulling nickels and pennies out of a spot that looks to be from 2010 or so. Not much value but the Pro Pointer got a workout and my dog and I had fun.

Holy Cats that's a lot of coins! I'm glad you had fun-that's what it's all about. All that coinage adds up and if you keep finding the coins like you did today you'll have a sweet pile in no time. :congrats:

Looks like somebody spilled their penny ante poker winnings! Keep it up and you'll have that $24 detector paid for in no time! thumbsup01

Final tally: 232 coins - 190 pennies, 41 nickels, and a quarter. That must have been a heck of a poker game.

If it was a poker spill looks like you are the big winner. Thats a boatload of coins, :congrats: on the finds and for having some fun

thats a lot of knee bends right there :detecting: congrats on all the clad |:cheering: |:cheering:

Ha! I had an hour today to go back and see if I left anything behind. I did find a few stragglers, but also located a strand of Mardi Gras beads under the leaves. Man, that really was a heck of a poker party!
