I picked up Rob this am and off we went to this house that he had gotten permission to do. So on the way there I was questioning him that it was okay to go so early. So I pulled into the driveway and I asked if the house was vacant. Then he decides to tell me that he just bought it. Great, we both got skunked there except for some clad.

We then headed over to our favorite park and heres what I managed to get out of the ground. 2 1944 wheats, a 1956D wheat and a 1943 merc. I told my wife that today I was going to hunt for a buffalo. These sneaky coins are hiding from me but I did manage to get another V, 1910.

I also got my very 1st necklace. The clasp says 14k Italy but I have some serious doubts. I will do a test on it later.

Congrats on the merc and the V. Which i would say is just as good as a buff if not better.
I hate to say it but the necklace looks like the one i found and the jewelry store guy said It's crap! I don't know what truck stop they sell these at but they sure sell alot. It was marked 14k Italy too. Maybe your's is real though. :dontknow:

Good point. If you check out my signature I am only posting finds that I have bettered over last year. My buff count only needs one more so that I can put it in my signature.

I have found a few Italy 14K that aren't real. I seen on a post somewhere that there was a period of time where Italy was shipping quite a bit of stuff to the U.S. that was fake.
