Hi folks, well I got myself a new Fisher F75 Ltd. Took it out for its first dance this afternoon. Gonna take a little while to get use to it. Its much quiter than the F4. When the F4 hits Silver it screams at you Hey dude, there is Silver here, DIG IT! You have to pay much more attention to the 75. As Nova396 said, I don't think it matters much what machine you have as long as you understand MDing and you understand what your machine is saying. Anyway, turned out to be a decent hunt. Not sure what the Triton looking character is. Appears to be made of lead. Its heavy and non magnetic. Put the quarter in for scale. Not sure what the round thing is with the four ears sticking out. Looks like some type of a tool maybe. Its not a sparkplug gapper. Got a handful of clad. Got a Thomas Jefferson coin. Six Wheats, a 34, 36, 41, 2-54-D's and a 57. Was really getting worried I was going to have to take the ride of shame home. Right at dark hit a 78, turned out to be the 52 Rosie. Next target was an 80, turned out to be the 39 Merc. Thats # 30 & 31 since May.
