With frozen ground just around the corner, I again felt the urge to run up to the park for quick hunt.

Got over one silver right off the bat and the other on the way back to the truck. :happydance01:

Looks like we might be getting close to borrowed time next week here in Iowa. crying01

I hope everyone's final push before the freeze turns out successful. :beerbuddy:

WTG Joe, ya gotta beat mother nature anyway possible. I love reading about the find found while on the way back to the vehicle. :congrats:

Two more :groovy: for the pile!! thumbsup01
Take'em while we can!
Way to go on baggin' a couple more keepers!! |:cheering:
Congrats!

Nice! Two Mercs from the 1930s and both of them show very little wear. I think the obverse of a Mercury Dime is one of our most beautiful coin designs. We may get jaded towards them because we see them so often, but I still love the Winged Liberty portrait and the art deco Liberty lettering.

Way to rescue those late season silvers and wheaties, Joe! :happydance01:
