Metal Detecting St Lucia

Hello from CT...getting married on June 4th. Honeymoon is at a Sandals resort in St. Lucia. Anyone know of any Sandals and/or St Lucia regulations concerning metal detecting the beach?

I have no clue about the metal detecting regulations there, but I hope you find some pirate treasure. thumbsup01
