Though out the years of Mding I`ve found all kinds of metal:duh: . But sometimes they look like rocks. I think there lead :dontknow:. I posted about a copper nugget and I should have posted it hear. I sometime tumble things that bring out a shine.
Always clean them up well enough to see the metal color Robbie , if you have to put a small nick in the item to see its true color . Most of yours looks like melted slag but you never know until you test it.
