my new e trac had a problem with the arm cuff the screw was stripped out i called they told me i could send it in or bring it in i figured i could go in easy and be back so i went in they had it fixed in 5 minutes i also had asked about a cover for the control houseing when they brought my unit back to me they had put the cover on and said no charge i am more than happy with the service i got the guys name was brian have any problems give them a call dennis
