I invited Tim (Illdigger) and Ted up for round two at the camp I've recently got permission to hunt and it was a great day to say the least. The last hunt st this camp started out slow but this one was a steady flow of silver from the start. The highlights were a Walking Liberty Half, two pocket spills the first consisted of three silvers a Washington, Merc and Rosie. The second was more modern with 2 clad quarters, 2 Jefferson Nickels and a 64 Washington. The total silver for the day was a record for me at 14. I hunted a total of 7.5 hours. A silver every 32 minutes, YeeHa!! Here are the dates, Walker 1920, Washingtons 44-S & 64-D, Mercs 29-S, 36, 41-D,41-D,41-D, 42, 43 & 43. The Rosie's were 46, 46 & 51-S. I also found 26 wheats, a 1934 Canadian Penny, a sterling earring a copper ring and $6.91 in clad.
I'm also including a picture of Ted and Tim's best of the day. Teds is the picture with the Walker and Tims is with the broken 10K ring. This one is going to be tough to beat but I think I'm up for the challenge.
