My first SLQ

I found it in early 2005 soon after I bought my MXT, I was using the stock coil and could just barely hear the signal but I was getting a quarter hit on it quite often so I had to dig it. It was no less than 10 inches down, I'll never forget that day cause I'd been hunting for one of them since I started back in 89 and had never found one. I found it in a park here in town that since has been excavated and also found other nice first finds.

The Standing Liberty Quarter is one of the nicest designed quarters we make. Congrats on that deep one. It does look like a '17 :clapping:

Thanks for all the great replies everyone, I've found six more since I found my first, it must be it just took the one to break the ice on finding the SLQ I wish that was the case with the seated half, I'm still on my first with that one however it did come from the same park as my first SLQ.
