My very first, but short hunt of the year no coins but a Sleigh Bell

Got out for about a half hour after Easter Lunch, hit the MUDDY corn field, it :frozen: I didn't find any coins but I did find a crotal bell. It's my first find of the year so I had to post :happy: can't say I wasn't happy about it because I really like finding things like that! It's smaller than my other ones so I posted a couple of pictures with the one I found last year. Thanks for looking and HH everyone! Donna

A crotal bell sure does beat canslaw any day. I also always appreciate it when I dig one of them up. The part that annoys me is I always tumble them but the fish gravel always gets stuck in them. Takes me awhile to get it all out.

Very nice bell! I don't see too many that are shaped like that. It seems that most crotal bells are broken, congrats on finding a whole one!
