new ace 350 problem

>:{ received my new ace 350 and right out of the box it failed. Sounds coming out of it were just like a modern day slot machine. nothing in front, back or top of coil. Made sure the coil cord was wrapped around the arm and secured to the plug at the base of the box. called the company and they said it was maybe a faulty coil. They were sending me out a new one to try.. anyone else have a similar problem with Garrett ace 350 or a 250?
( I should note this is my first new ace 350 my first one was used and I sold it back to the original owner)

thumbsup01 a little winter thaw last week - gave me some time out . Found a old wrench and a spark plug, nothing to love but we have gotten out again.
