Hi everybody, I am Italian, my name is Guido, I am from Rome and Iuse a C-Scope 1220B. Hopefully soon will arrive also a Sea Hunter MKII.
Let see what's up here.

Hello Guido , welcome to the forum . its nice to have you here , i couldn't imagine metal detecting a place such as Rome with all its great history that spans more than a millennium . i can't wait to see what you find Guido .

yes it's true that here history is everywere, Roman empire is older than 2 millenium and before other incredible civilisations like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Etruscan_civilization. were hanging around. By the way law here are quite rigid and you cannot use metal detector in archeological site and natural parks, if you find incidentally some old stuff you have 24h to declare it.
I will post some finding soon.
 
Wow, Roma :shocked04:. Are there many public places to hunt there? I would guess everything is off limits :thinkingabout:
 
Welcome aboard Guido, and first thing is there is nothing wrong with your english. We just all wish we had the opportunity to hunt with you.
