New White's 13 inch double D for the MXT All pro

Todd & myself were able to hit a few cellar holes over the weekend using the new Detech 13 inch Double D coil manufactured for White's Electronics. Overall the coil was great with a few snags in the stubbly overgrowth as to be expected with open faced coils.Was very light weight,pin pointing was dead on and very sensitive to small non ferrous targets.I din't fare as well in the finds dept as Todd Hiltz did but I feel this coil is a proven winner.We will know more of its capabilities come next Sunday as we travel up to NH to hunt with Dominique Ivy Da Silva & her "tiger" Mark to hit some open farm fields.
last 2 hunts targets were hard to come by...another hand made poor mans lead inkwell on left.a pewter button.some sort of hat buckle,a broken barrel tap and a wheatie! hope we get to some better producing sites.Felt good to get out & swing though after 3 months of cabin fever

Glad to hear it worked out well. At least between you're test and Todd's test you got a concensus that it was a nice coil. Todd didn't kick your butt, you just had a tougher time putting the coil where it needed to be. The ink wells are interesting. I was thinking to get a larger coil for mine but I have to start detecting farm fields. I do have a few with fields but haven't got to them yet.
