Nice Morning Farm Field Hunt

Steve and I made plans to secure a farm field this weekend and got the go ahead on two :happydance01:. Steve did all the foot work on this one, thanks Steve! :beerbuddy:. The fields did not let us down, lots of buttons including a war of 1812 artillery button. Found a large cent but too far gone to identify. Had a blast digging, looking forward to getting back there again :yes:

Congrats on getting permission to hunt the farm. Looks like it's gonna be productive for quite a while. Nice buttons and sorry about the toasted LC (darn fertilizer). Can't wait to see what else these fields produce.

Great finds! I love the artillery button! It looks to be in very decent shape.

Too bad about the large cent, but at least you know there are some very old items to be found at this site. :yes:
