Quarter Trifecta - Barber, SLQ & Washington

Hit the quarter trifecta yesterday. SLQ and Washington came out of the same hole. If you look at the reverses you can see where they were sitting on top of each other. I had hunted this place a number of times of the last few weeks and came up with some good finds including 1746 George II, 1838 LC, 1850's silver spoon etc. I didn't have anywhere to hunt yesterday and being that I had permission to go back to this house that was built between 1747-1756 I figured I'd give it another shot. There was one area that seemed to be trashy and I had given it a wide birth. I went back and focused on that area and pulled these coins and the draw pull between the trash. Just goes to show that unless the area is tiny, you just can't hunt a place out. Thought I would throw in a pic of the house. BTW, it's for sale and can be yours for $1.3m.

Great job on the Trifecta, Those are some very nice Quarters. It looks like there is a lot of land there.I hope there is many more surprises waiting there for you.

That is a nice picture of the barber in the dirt :smitten: Love that thrill when you know it is a silver quarter! Nice area to hunt. 1.3 mil?? It would have to come with a grounds keeper that replenishes the silver for me to find

Now that's how you do it! :clapping:

Congrats on the terrific quarter trifecta, Don! Great photos too! You can see how the SLQ and the Washington were back-to-back in the hole together.
