Question about padlock

OK all you great relic hunters out there. I have a question about this lock. Found it while MDing a vacant lot. I have looked online at a lot of sites. Have seen pictures of similar locks but can't put a date on it. I would love to know an approx. date. It has JHW CIMAX CO. NEWARK NJ USA on one side and M P Co on the other side. I have no idea what the M P Co stands for. Thanks for any info.

I think we found the answer. Thanks to del. The letters on the lock in the picture are identical. Stands for Missouri Pacific Co. Thanks
