relics from my yard

I found these pieces in my yard back in 97 moving dirt around with a shovel.

Pretty cool! Seen it before but I can't recall what it is. It's right on the tip of my brain though.

Might be an incense burner, though I have seen one of those in the past with violets growing in it.

Very interesting finds. Always fun to see what lies beneath your own yard. My home here in VT is modern (1997), but an 1800s home was torn down to make room for mine. Always curious to what lies down there, but so much earth has been moved to construct/landscape my home I've only found garbage and 1 square nail!
