No words of wisdom on your new detector, but moral support all the way lol If it has stock programs in it, I would try one of those first. Minelab has always tried to have good stock programs in their machines, so that you could enjoy them right from the box. The most important thing is to enjoy your first hunt. Dig and learn :yes:
