Saturday April 2 afternoon quickie hunt

well, woke up before the sun came up to meet with my brother to hunt a new 'old' area but he never showed up :angry: .....ended up just hanging with my daughter until I took her to work this afternoon....after dropping her off at work, I hit a local school for a quick hunt (forgot to put all my gear back in the car so I really wasn't prepared)...anyway, found my first ring of the year- <: -....saw the gold color and thought whoopee for me!! but upon closer inspection, no markings...however, it had the Yankees logo and thought it would require some further investigation.....came home and researched and found out it is one of 1,000 that was given out to the first 1,000 people to attend a Yankee game on Aug. 11, 2002!...found it on ebay and it sold for $35, pretty neat....after about 3o minutes I headed home...thanks for looking!
