Sept. 4th Night hunt

Well since it is so hot during the day time hours, I went on a couple hour hunt tonight on a local beach. Found a little clad and a couple more silvers, the first was a 1945 Merc then a little bit farther down the beach I pulled a 1942 Washington. I was not expecting to find silver, I have found some wheats in that same area before, but never any silver. They are both still a little back from being in an area where the water is normally about foot deep.

Thanks for looking,

Dave

Two silvers from the beach is not bad at all. :congrats: Were they deep? We have been having some very nice weather here lately, hope yours cools down for ya.

Congrats on the two silvers, Dave! Was this at a freshwater beach?

I live on lake Texoma, which they say has salt in it. I don't know what it is classified as salt or freshwater.

I was hunting along the waters edge, so the ground was wet and the finds were around 8 to 10 inches deep.

Thanks,

Dave
