silver plated spoon i think ?

I found this out in a park yesterday I think its a silver plated spoon from the cadillac hotel in detroit. About 6 inches from the hole I pulled this out of I found a fork that's really beat up. I'm sure is or at least was silver plated at one time I didn't take a picture of the fork cause it needs to be cleaned up a little more first. But I thought this cadillac spoon was pretty cool

Thats one neat looking spoon. What is the word before cadillac?

Its says book-cadillac-29 and when i google the cadillac hotel it comes The book cadillac hotel. I hope the 29 is for the year those spoons were made
