Well I took my 30 min lunch break this morn. about 1:00 AM. Went to the old stand by. Got out of the car, took about two steps and hit a solid 80 at 6. Very first target, a very worn, no date, SLQ. But hey, I'll take it. Finally got my 25th silver coin out of this site and the 17th for the year. Kept going. Skipping over the pennies and iffy targets. Making mental notes to come back later. Found a couple of clad and an old hinge that rang up between a dime and a quarter. I still can't get over this place giving up this many silver coins. And I have found three silver rings also. No way it has ever been hunted and its out in the wide open in the middle of a town. You just never know. Happy hunting all.[attachimg=1][attachimg=2][attachimg=3][attachimg=4]

WTG Cody, nice find. Those are great coins to see in the hole, dated or not. That spot has treated you well, very well. :congrats: on 17 silvers so far this year.

congrats on the SLQ Cody , they're always a nice surprise no matter what shape

Good job Cody! Any SLQ is a great SLQ! They are just so sweet to find. I don't know what's up with the SLQ's this year but a lot are coming out of the ground. I dug 2 and 2 of my closest online detecting buddies have also dug one. Crazy. Anyway, huge congrats and hope you get more silver soon!
