sneaking some silver in today

It had been cold with frozen ground lately :bangahead01:, and today called for warm (50s), but heavy rain >:\, so I didn't expect to get out this weekend.

But it wasn't raining by mid morning <:, so I decided to try to sneak some silver in before the predicted bitter cold :frozen: gets here in the next couple of days, and I managed to get 2 silvers and 8 wheats over 3 hours :happydance01:, before it started raining. My goal was 3 silvers, and I may have been able to press on thru the rain, but there were heavy bursts, so I didn't want to chance the machine too getting wet.

Instead I decided to take the time to scout out another site I discovered in the woods (pics below), which looks exciting for another day down the road.

Thanks for looking, and happy holidays to everyone. :beerbuddy:

Beautiful mercury dimes! :happydance01: That site looks great, Randy. You will definitely need to caress that ground with your coil.

Congrats on the silver thumbsup01. Your new found celler hole looks sweet. Hope you get a few good days to give it a good going over

Excellent score on them mercs and wheats Randy thumbsup01 if that spot was here and I knew where it was I'd be there in a couple hours cause it's warming up today and might even hit freezing temps, woods are about the only spot I hunt here in the winter.

Very good digs Randy.... thumbsup01 thumbsup01 Congrats on the Merc's...And happy hunting out there. :) thumbsup01
