Some buttons, 1 Military and a Cut Copper

Went back to the field today. Probably my last visit until next year.

The farmer had cut plowed some corn and a zucchini patch. I normally go North to South but today I went East to West.

Got a couple pretty neat looking buttons and pretty darn sure one of them is a military button. It has an eagle and anchor with 13 stars, no shank. The back says warranty and superior.
Probably a Marine or a Navy button?????

Got two old flat buttons and another one with a real fancy design on it.

This cut copper looks to me to be a KG and I'm thinking an early one.

Also my 2nd birdband(I think).

The last two pictures will be Lee's finds from last week and this field.

Another coin for the signature and thanks for reading. HH everyone.

Thanks for the ID's. The Navy button is the 1st military item to come out of the field.

Nice finds Al. For a sec I was wondering how Dan IDed that cut copper as I forgot about pic 1 being there. Uh oh.. short term memory..

Very nice finds Al! Really love those cut coppers - seems so odd and strange, but a common practice back then. Early mil. button is also a great snag.
