I cleaned out my trunk today and brought in a box of misc. finds. I've got nothing else to post, so I figured i would post some of our Odds & Ends from this year. a few of the rings are Silver, but must are costume.

Hey Don, second pic down there is a silver colored rectangular item, directly left of that is a button with a white insert. I found one just like it and never saw one before. You know anything about that? I was guessing mine was from the 30s.

This type of stuff is often more interesting to me than common silver coins. :yes:

One lesson I have learned from years of metal detecting is never throw anything away if you're not sure what it is. I have often been pleasantly surprised to learn that something I've found is actually an interesting or valuable relic.
