Spanish silver; 50th silver this year

After a week of not much hunting except in the tot lots due to the heat and rock hard ground, finally was able to get across the finish line with my 50th silver of the year. I'm catching up Angel :poke:

Looks like a 1755 Fernando VI Spanish reale in decent shape :happydance01:. This would be my oldest coin and oldest silver assuming it is not a replica. Too bad about the hole :bangahead01: I guess my probe is too sharp lol

Hole or no hole, a great find indeed! Can you share what area you found it in, a yard, a park, the woods:huh: And how far down it was?

Awesome milled pillar silver, Randy! I bet that one was lost around 1760. <: :happydance01: Did you find it in the woods? Congrats on getting your 50th silver.

:shocked04:stretcher: great 1 reale Randy , its a beauty and congrats on your oldest and 50th silver buddy.

Nice Reale Randy. :shocked04: Unless you found it in a tot lot, it's probably real lol That is in great shape. Congrats on the big 50 :clapping: You need to take it easy with that probe ;)

Can you share what area you found it in, a yard, a park, the woods:huh: And how far down it was?

It was a park, but a not so obvious section. About 4 inches down, and another 3 for the grass, or 7 inches or so from the coil.

Holy smokes!!!! :shocked04: :shocked04: :shocked04:

What an awesome treasure! Very nice to pull something like that for your milestone. Congrats on the coin and hitting 50! :clapping:

I hope, I hope, I hope to hit one of those someday.
