Sunday hunt with Tim and Rob

Tim finally managed to break away and get in some swing time. We started out at a little triangle of grass which did not prove to be worthwhile. We then went to the park that is being renovated and alot of dirt had been moved. I started out getting a no date buff, then Tim scores (read his post) then I get a 1936 merc and finally a wheat. I also managed to get a very intelligent lock (says YALE on it). Rob had left his duties and joined us at this park and he managed a few wheats. We then headed over to another town and I got another wheat and Tim got a couple more as did Rob. We then went to another park in this town and Rob scores a buff. We then went to another park where I had gotten a silver wash and Tim scores a couple more wheats. Rob had to leave us to go finish what he was suspose to be doing all along. Well thats our hunt, thanks for reading.

After soaking the buff in Worcestershire sauce it turns out to be a 1926

I really like the token and the padlock! Of course it's always nice to get a Merc! Woo hoo, no Silverless Drive Home of Shame for you! :happydance01:

Nice buffalo nickel and wheaties too! Good job! happydance02

Good hunt. Glad you were able to get a date off the buff. I remember when I was collecting coins, you could buy a date restorer for buffs. I wonder if it is still made?

Great Sunday hunt Al. :clapping:
Plenty of keepers came your way... especially the Merc and Buffalo. :happydance01:
