Token?

Hi,
I dug this dime sized token?, medallion?, today at the site of a late 1800's early 1900's school house which is now a plowed field. It appears to be copper with silver plate. The back is plain with some small writing I can't make out. I've dug other tokens from the same company. I believe the IHC icon stands for International Harvester Company which was started in 1902. The thing is I can't find this token in any token database or google search and was hoping someone could tell me something more about it.
Thanks

could it be a watch fob for a pocket watch ?? sometimes companies gave them out as an advertising gimick.
