Well it's not really a coin from 1854

. It had me going at first . It was a +84 at 6 inches and all I saw was Lady Liberty ! As it turns out it is off a vintage money clip and says Kellogg & Co. on it . Maybe from the 1950's ? The other great finds were two more silver rings for my treasure chest

. The one ring was a good 5 inches deep and had a VDI of +77 . The 2nd one was just below the grass line and was a +82 . They are #128 and #129 for the year . Also found a 1959 penny and a small dog whistle . Total clad was $8.31 for two hours .
Also added a picture of one beautiful Stingray Corvette parked next to my hunting buddy Ryan .

That was a great hunt. Love the Kellogg and Co item and of course the rings. But the dog whistle is a neat item to find too. Didn't anyone just turn on their machine and scan that Corvette...after all it is finders, keepers :loveit:

the coin looks to be in super shape and does mimic the older gold dollar type coins of the Victorian era , it would of had my heart pumping a bit. a neat find congrats on it and the rings. love the picture of the "vet"a 68 to 73 from the looks of it.
