Update on Jar

OK Al here it is. I'm kinda dissapointed. Didn't fill near as quick as I thought. Don't think I will try this again. Haha. There are 44 silver coins in there. Dimes, Quarters and 1 Half. I took the Morgan and one WLH out and put them in prtective cases to keep them from geeting scratched. If I do it again, I think I'll use a much smaller jar. Haha. HH all.[attachimg=1]

Cody, thanks for the picture. As time goes on you will be amazed at how fast that jar will fill up. When I first started I kept all my old coins in an old recipe box. After a while it got to full, so I started a seperate wheatie jar and now keep my silvers in a 3 ring binder. My old coppers and IH's , religious medals and what I consider neat finds go in another 3 ring binder. Makes for a nice way to show them.

|:cheering: so that the infamous jar we have been hearing about looks like you still have some room in it cant wait to see what you put in it next dennis :peace:

I use a baby food jar! Easy to fill. (well maybe) lol
Nice total on the silver anyhow. :congrats:

I keep all my coins in jars (common dates) that I find digging when I'm metal detecting, this spring I found a nice old 1/2 pint milk bottle that is too full with wheats right now and that means I'm going to have to find a bigger jar

Nice job Cody, that is a very respectable silver count and you still have two months to go. Now get off the computer and go get some silver, LOL

Very nice looking jar Cody! :smitten: You've been adding to it very consistently this year. :clapping:
Congrats.
