Upload photo error? Update :PROBLEM SOLVED

Is anybody else having problems uploading photos?
I keep getting " upload photo error" when I try

I have to resize everyone of my pics. I use a free online file changer.

I too must resize my pics, I use a free app and rezise jpeg to 50% with no issues.

I have this problem all the time. It leads me to not post as often as I otherwise would. I'm not all that savvy with the technology nor do I have the time to figure it out. Maybe I'm "lazy."
