waiting

Hey Dave! it's getting to be that time alright but right now I am making up for a lot of lost time during the summer.....so I am toughing out the cold weather

Ahh yes, Spring time. When the snow is gone, the ground is soft, bugs not bad and we can once again be back in our element. Dowdy to ya too...

Yeah I usually wait too
I can usually only wait a couple of days at a time though    lol
I was out bustin' frost the other day already! lol
Not much to show for my efforts though  Just a smashed Navy cuff button 8/ lol And another button, probably civilian. :dontknow:
It says GOOD GIRL on it. :dontknow: lol We're past the winter solstice now. So it should only be a matter of time before we're sweatin' and complaining about the dang skeeters again! lol

:daydream: Just sittin here like you. Almost went out yesterday. I was rolling a few smokes for the road. >:\ When the wind came up. And the rain started hitting the window sideways crying01. I thought, so much for that idea. It won't be long Dave. Hang in there!

:daydream: Been researching my town :interesting:. Drayton Plains, Mi. settled in 1834. Old train depot just outside my window. (Now Gone) Just down at the end of my street. A small grove of trees, that borders the Clinton river. A map from 1947. This area was a private park. :shocked04: Going to hit those woods in the spring. And check along the tracks across the street. Come on spring !! But mean while. I guess all I can do is have some :->. And <} have a ball reading all your great stories. Keep it up people! :perfect10:
