A stiff fine for people that hunt on private property with out permission?

A lot of states already have laws that cover trespassing and destruction of property, public and private. I don't think there needs to be any special fines or new laws put on the books.

Agree that no new laws need to be passed. Also in some parts of the country you might just encounter street justice with the property owner pointing a shot gun at you and asking what you are doing on his property.
