The oppression is over!

Finally all of the self-conscious, self-hating Deus owners can come out of hiding and into the light! I know there are many of us out there who have been lurking in the shadows of Minelabs. I hope to get out later and dig some on-edge coins that the Etrac missed! Woohoo! :waving:

I just noticed I spelled Deus wrong on the board title lol 8/ It's all corrected now!

Its them French Angie they shure do spell funny lol lol

Haha! Yah I hear that. I have spent the last 2 days building, pricing and stocking my booth at an antique mall. Plan was to go digging when I was done this afternoon but it is 104 and I am drained. I rarely post finds since all you northerners post finds daily that are from before Texas was even discovered. I am glad to suck out a merc or even a wheat but I usually search for jewelry. The Deus is so easy to use I really have not had a need to thoroughly understand how all of the functions interact with each other. Actually I feel like I know less than I did before I got it because I usually just turn it on Basic 1 and go. I wonder if the Sabisch book is out yet?

I thought it was pronounced 'Deuce' turns out it's ' day-us' , kind of makes me want to sing about bananas .

Very interested in learning more about this machine. Looking for a new toy and have been pondering this one, but have not seen or heard much on it :dontknow:.

Before I got my e-trac, I listened and saw what other were doing. Gone are the days when you could walk into a detecting store and try a detector out before buying :daydream:

See what I mean? No respect! crying01

No respect at all. Speaking of French:

A thief in Paris planned to steal some paintings from the Louvre.
After careful planning, he got past security, stole the paintings, and
made it safely to his van.

However, he was captured only two blocks away when his van ran out of gas.

When asked how he could mastermind such a crime and then make such an
obvious error, he replied, 'Monsieur, that is the reason I stole the paintings.'

I had no Monet

to buy Degas

to make the Van Gogh.'

See if you have De Gaulle to send this to a friend.

I posted it here because I figured I had nothing Toulouse . :poke:

My Deus came from Bart and I had a tracking number before we hung up. Actually I think it was delivered before I hung up... Fast shipping, especially from France, which I guess is some little town in Oklahoma north or Pari where the brown van goes real fast. Hope more users turn up here. What I would really like to see is some of the cellar hole nuts up NE try out a Deus. I think the U.S. headquarters is up there somewhere, maybe they have a loaner?
