I agree. It's not like if you and I are being chased by a bear... I've only gotta outrun YOU.

Last year a guy dug one up in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park and the bomb squad came out and detonated it .

After WWII, the US military just dumped munitions off the east and west coast, because it was no longer needed. Stuff like that pop up from time to time on NJ beaches year after year.
