Hey diggers,
Yesterday (Sunday) I drove up to a nearby town to do some door knocking. I got 2 yesses and 2 no's. The 2 yesses were both circa 1900 homes with decent sized yards that looked very original. My best find was a vintage brooch that was 8 inches deep. It rang up as 09-20. In fact the numbers wouldn't budge no matter which direction I swept from. The brooch was gold plated but that is all but gone now. I believe the flowers are made of Lucite, an early form of hard plastic.
Not much in the silver department but hey, not every trip is a record setter! Thanks for looking and HH, Dave.
