Silver Mix Plus Wheats and IHs

Is winter over yet? :cheesysmile: I really can't wait for spring! lol

I hunted at a few sites this weekend, two on Saturday and one today. I picked up a several silver coins, two of them old, and about 28 wheat cents and 5 Indian Head cents.

Saturday

The 1877 seated dime has a CC mint mark. It's in great condition too.

Sunday

This Spanish Reale must have been in circulation for a very long time. A little more detail on it sure would have been nice. :eyebrow:

The six silver coins I picked up today.

The following two Indian Head cents bring my total for the year to 143. I'm at about the 1600+ mark on wheat cents, and at 45 on the silver rings.

Great digs! I'm suprised by your wheat count... I'm close to 300 myself for the year, which would be around 18% of your total, but I'm no where near 18% of your silver total... I seem to dig a lot of wheats, which I guess I would attribute to the type of spots I hunt. Anyway, congrats on the great finds!

Looks like a Carolus III from what I can tell by the roman numerals. Would be in the 1780's I'm guessing?? Sweet finds as always Angel!!

Nice seated and other silver :clapping: Too bad about the reale -- that one must have read lower than most silver. Just need one stretch of good weather, and you'll hit 1000.

1600 & 143 is just as impressive as your silver count. Just imagine how many holes you dug this year. :thinkingabout: One of these years I am going to attach a small click counter to my MD and try and track a total hole count for the year. :crazy:
