Nope,My first ever silver was an 1888 Morgan that year...I did find 65 rings, and a bunch of coins from over the big pond,I think i had over 80 some hunts that year, and yes i was hooked :beerbuddy:

Great bunch of digs Salty! :peace: :peace: :peace: That tector sure looks like it has some good miles put on it. :clapping:

Great looking pile of loot lol Are those all clad quarters on the right side?? :shocked04: wow lots of great rings too. For your first year in detecting, you sure were equipped with the DFX and probe, headphones, and probably detecting shoes too lol Great set up and obviously you learned your machine well. :clapping:

Great Pic Dave !! Very impressive first Year detecting and congrats on all the finds thumbsup01 thumbsup01

Howdy Pard!
That's an impressive haul for a 1st year rookie! Did you get taken in the first round of the draft? I'd hope so!
I did pretty darn good my own first year but holy toenails Batman, that's a whole lot of tecting you got done!
Way to go!

Blessings,
M-Taliesin

That is an incredible year... let alone first year. :clapping: :peace:

I see from your comments that most must have come from water/beach areas. I gotta give that a try sometime.

Last year was my first full year of detecting and I only managed a fraction of the jewelry finds that you recovered.

Very well done! :beerbuddy:
