I think time to make a switch back

I think I've had about enough of face book. I really don't care for the format. A few years ago the detecting world just kind of migrated over to FB. It had a couple of advantages like ease of posting in general as well as pictures with ease and videos But I am going to try to focus on regular forums like this one. There are assholes everywhere so that won't change but I think there are advantages to this format as well.I'm sure I will be both places But I'm going to try.

Nice to see a post from you, Todd. I hope that Angie is well enough to update the forum software someday so that the forum is functional.

I'm really hoping this forum can come off of life-support and be the vibrant community it once was.

Its great to hear from you Todd , Fakebook does attract a lot of agitators . Hopefully with the weather warming up I'll be out soon and post and see more activity by others as well . Dan

Nice to see you posting Todd. I've never done the social media thing, other than forums.

I know I don't contribute much here or if anything at all, but I drop in now and then to see what's up and I also prefer forums over FB. Was going to do some tecting today but it's snowing and that wind is a bit nippy for this ole guy.

I tried a few FB detecting pages but always preferred the forum formate for sharing and discussing our hobby.
