Hunted an older park this week and for some reason this deep 14k two tone gold ring gave a good repeatable silver signal. Im not sure why it did,but Im glad it did. Out of the ground it gives a typical +43 VDI.

Awesome hunt! Gold, Silver, Indian Head! That would put a smile on my face every time! :clapping:

Did you re-check the hole? There may have been something silver there also. Awesome finds! Congrats thumbsup01

Tony, great way to put it,I like that quote thumbsup01

Epi, fortunately no,its white gold on yellow gold

Thanks Dave!

Cody, yes I did recheck the hole. Ive had problems running the DFX in the 3kHz with VDI normalization off,as far as deep, low conductive targets giving high conductive signals. It may be our mineralized soil (-80 to -95) and the filter setting Im using.Im not sure yet.

:dontknow: Who know why. And who cares lol
I had a similar situation once. .
It was a deep 18K ring that gave a typical nickle signal on my DFX. +20, +20, +82, +20.
When I seen the +82 pop up in the all the +20's :thinkingabout: I had to know!
Somethings we can't explain. :dontknow: But we can celebrate! <:
She's a beauty
Congrats!
