a wiped out copper in the low wet area along with the tombac in the wet area.
never seen a tombac button get eaten up like this some real acidic wet soil i imagine .a 1901 IH,a saddle shield,a neat piece of victorian era jewelry? a MFD fire dept silver gilted cuff button with SA FRENCH NEW YORK backmarkand a poreclin pocket watch face.was a good hunt and a pleasure hunting with them both.sniffy did pretty well with his new T2 Gary got a nice 1914 barber qtr.
the green slime was in a small stream
