Congrats on the terrific finds! I must confess that style of detecting is not for me, but I may change my mind about that if you start finding gold coins. :grin:
Your level of enthusiasm when you find something good brings a smile to my face. It is becoming difficult to find land sites that haven't been hunted so these rivers and waterways may soon be the only virgin sites left. It is exciting to watch you uncover these 150+ year old coins only 1-2 inches deep on the river bed.

Congrats. That would be a decade for me. Only 1 LC so far in 5 years of "serious" metal detecting.
