3 cent

pale rider

I found a 3 cent piece recently. It's in sad shape, but still a keeper.

The three-cent nickel coins don't turn up often at all, that is a great find! Unfortunately they don't fare as well in the soil as their silver counterparts.

Hey, at least you found one, which is more than most people can say. (Including me!)

i would have to completely agree with Tony , the regular trimes are uncommon to see but their nickle counterparts are very seldom found . that find alone is a great accomplishment Pale rider :clapping: :clapping:

3 center is a BIG WANT to find I bought a silver and a nickel just to make sure I was not missing them but I still am >:# :hairpulling: very nice in any shape thumbsup01 thumbsup01

Rang as a nickel on the VX3. Solid tone and +18/+19. About 4 inches deep. The pictures are after cleaning. It looks better in person than in the pictures.

Grungy but definately a keeper, like you said :clapping: That's about how my only 2 cent piece looks :-\
