3 Hour Sunday Park Hunt

I walked down to my neighborhood park and hunted for around three hours yesterday afternoon. It was partly sunny and in the low 40's. The park dates to the late 1920's when all of the houses were built in my neighborhood. Last weekend I found six wheat cents which was pretty good considering I have hit this park hard for two years. I managed to pull a silver dime yesterday, 1964D Roosevelt. Looking forward to some lunch hunts yet this week, supposed to be in the low 50's and sunny all week, then it might be the deep freeze after that!

I like everything about your story except the deep freeze part lol Come on warm weather. Nice to find a piece of silver at a pounded park. I bet them lunch time hunts will relax you enough to finish the work day thumbsup01

Nice silver Milco!! :clapping:

Glad to hear you are going back to your lunch time hunts... you always did quite well with them.

Congrats on pulling keepers from a hunted park. I still haven't mastered that yet.

Do me a favor?... keep that cold up there for a while longer. lol

That's a nice late in the year silver. With as many wheats as you have picked up at that site hopefully there will be more silver as well.
