40's recreational site gives up more silver...

After a little while had passed, Ron and I returned to this SITE for more searching.

Once again... my hunting partner came up with better <: keepers from the dirt here than I did. And some nice ones too. :drool:

We searched a different section of the field than the first time.

Silver coins rescued totaled five. My take was a Merc and Rosie. :happydance01: Ron saved a Rosie, Washington and
a Franklin Half Dollar. eace: :smitten:

I'm still looking for my first Franklin half too. They are an uncommon metal detecting find, it seems. :yes:
